Dr Dan Holthe is the founder and principal dentist at Greenbank Family Dental. With dual backgrounds in social work and dentistry, he brings a rare blend of clinical skill and human understanding to patient care. Before pursuing dentistry, Dr Dan worked in counselling and community mental health — experience that shapes his calm, empathetic approach and his ability to support patients with dental anxiety or trauma.

After earning his Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University, he founded Greenbank Family Dental to create a welcoming, family-centred practice focused on trust, accessibility, and compassion. His leadership has guided the clinic to become an award-winning local success story, recognised at the 2025 Logan Business Distinction Awards (Medical & Healthcare) for excellence in patient care and community impact.

Dr Dan’s clinical interests include restorative and implant dentistry, gentle emergency care, and family dentistry. He is passionate about helping patients overcome fear through clear communication, comfort-based care, and continuity across generations.

Anne Ha holds a Bachelor of Dental Hygiene from Griffith University and has a special interest in periodontal and preventive dental care. She’s known for her gentle, patient-centred approach and for helping even the most anxious patients feel comfortable during their hygiene visits.

Her philosophy centres on education, empathy, and comfort, empowering patients to take control of their oral health. Anne also leads GFD’s Miss Floss Boss outreach, teaching children and families how small daily habits make a big difference to long-term smiles.

Outside the clinic, Anne enjoys crocheting, spending time with friends and family, and sharing her enthusiasm for preventive care through community engagement.

With a strong background in dental hygiene and non-surgical periodontal care, she is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy smiles through preventative treatment and practical oral health education.

Michelle is known for her calm and friendly approach, taking the time to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed and confident during their hygiene visits. Her experience across busy clinical environments has helped her develop a thorough and organised approach to patient care, supporting long-term oral health outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and appreciates being part of the Greenbank community.

Dr Ahmed Abdulmunem is a caring and detail-oriented dentist who graduated from the University of Queensland with First Class Honours in Dental Science. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative dentistry, oral surgery and endodontics.

Known for his calm and approachable manner, Dr Ahmed believes great dentistry starts with listening, clear communication and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment. Fluent in both English and Arabic, he enjoys caring for patients from all backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, Dr Ahmed has a passion for innovation and education, having worked as a Head Anatomy Demonstrator at the University of Queensland and founded Dentnotes, a digital platform designed to improve dental workflows.

A First Class Honours graduate from the University of Queensland, Dr Ahmed combines modern clinical care with a strong focus on patient comfort, communication and long-term oral health.

Dr Rochella Janamian is a compassionate and highly skilled general dentist who is passionate about helping patients feel informed, comfortable and confident in their dental care.

A Griffith University graduate, Dr Rochella completed both her Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Master of Dentistry, receiving Academic Excellence Awards in both degrees. Since graduating in 2019, she has cared for patients across metropolitan and regional Queensland, providing comprehensive dental care for children, adults and seniors.

Known for her calm and gentle approach, Dr Rochella takes the time to listen to her patients, explain treatment options clearly and create a supportive environment where patients feel genuinely cared for. She has experience across all areas of general dentistry, including preventive care, restorative dentistry, periodontal treatment, emergency care and children's dentistry.

Alongside private practice, Dr Rochella has contributed to oral health research and public health initiatives through the University of Queensland, with a particular interest in improving oral health outcomes across all stages of life.

Having recently settled in Greenbank with her young family, Dr Rochella is excited to join Greenbank Family Dental and build lasting relationships with local families for many years to come.

Emmanuel is passionate about empowering teams, elevating communication, and creating operational excellence through data-driven strategy and human-centred leadership. Before joining the dental sector, Emmanuel held leadership roles across national organisations, managing high-performing teams and complex partnerships. At Greenbank Family Dental, he applies this experience to deliver measurable outcomes in both patient satisfaction and staff development.

Outside the clinic, she also works in disability care and enjoys family time and walks with her cavoodle, Harry.

Tamara brings over 25 years of international experience as a Dental Nurse across the USA, Canada, and Australia. As co-owner of Greenbank Family Dental, she blends clinical expertise with business acumen to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

Outside the clinic, Tamara enjoys family time, sewing, K-Dramas, and learning new skills.

Jacinta has been a valued part of the Greenbank Family Dental team since 2020, making her one of our longest-standing team members. Over the years, she has grown alongside the practice, becoming a trusted and familiar face for many of our patients.

Known for her warm, compassionate nature, Jacinta takes pride in creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. She has a natural ability to connect with people, helping patients feel at ease and supported throughout their visit.

Her passion for dentistry continues to grow, and she is currently studying to become a dentist — a journey inspired by her own positive dental experiences and her desire to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with her husband and son, and unwinding with spicy hot wings and a good anime series — and yes, her family also has a pet python, which always sparks a few conversations!

A'ahi is a Dental Assistant at Greenbank Family Dental, bringing a calm, positive presence and a strong team-first mindset to every appointment.

Before joining the dental field, Ahi worked in aviation at Brisbane Airport, where she developed the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork. This experience has shaped her ability to stay composed, organised, and supportive during busy clinical days.

Ahi has always had an interest in health and helping people. After beginning her studies in business, she chose to explore a path in dentistry — a decision that reflects her passion for patient care and personal growth.

As the youngest of 11 siblings, Ahi brings a naturally supportive and collaborative approach to her role. She works closely with our clinicians chairside, helping ensure each appointment runs smoothly while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients.

Known for her friendly nature and willingness to learn, Ahi is a valued member of the team and is excited to continue developing her skills in the dental field.

Kali is an experienced Senior Dental Assistant with over 10 years in the dental industry, bringing a calm, confident presence to every appointment.

She has a strong background in surgical and implant dentistry, supporting complex procedures with precision while helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Her experience as a Treatment Coordinator and in leadership roles means she understands the full patient journey — from first consultation through to treatment and aftercare.

Kali is especially known for her gentle, reassuring nature. She has a natural ability to put patients at ease, particularly those who feel nervous or unsure about dental treatment. Many patients quickly relax in her care, feeling supported, listened to, and genuinely looked after.

Within the team, Kali is highly respected for her professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude. She works seamlessly alongside dentists, hygienists, and support staff, contributing to the smooth, caring environment Greenbank Family Dental is known for.

Mahnaz is a valued member of our team, currently completing her Certificate III in Dental Assisting through a school-based traineeship. She is in Year 12 at Park Ridge State High School, combining her studies with hands-on experience in a real clinical environment.

She brings a friendly and approachable energy to the practice, helping patients feel comfortable and supported during their visits. Mahnaz is developing her skills in chairside assisting, infection control, and day-to-day clinical operations, with a strong focus on patient care.

Passionate about building a future in the dental industry, Mahnaz is committed to learning and growing as part of the Greenbank Family Dental team.

Robyn is one of the warm, welcoming voices patients first encounter at Greenbank Family Dental. With her cheerful nature and knack for conversation, she ensures every visit starts with a smile and ends with 5-star care.

Outside the clinic, Robyn enjoys home renovations, time with her grandchildren, and serving her community. We’re lucky to have her on our team!

Fia is a Dental Assistant Trainee currently completing her Certificate III in Dental Assisting through a school-based traineeship. She is in Year 12 at Park Ridge State High School, gaining valuable real-world experience alongside her studies.

She is a friendly and enthusiastic team member who enjoys supporting both patients and clinicians throughout the day. Fia is building her skills in chairside assisting, infection control, and clinical procedures, while developing a strong understanding of patient care.

With a keen interest in the dental field and a positive, can-do attitude, Fia is an exciting young talent who is growing into her role within the Greenbank Family Dental team.
