Why Join Greenbank Family Dental?
At Greenbank Family Dental, we’re redefining what it means to work in dentistry. We don’t just fix teeth — we empower healthier families, uplift our community, and support each other as a team. Whether you're a clinician, dental assistant, or part of our support staff, your contribution matters here.
We are locally owned, values-driven, and expanding. And we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to grow with us.
Who We Are
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Dr. Dan and Tamara Holthe, Greenbank Family Dental is a purpose-led dental practice rooted in:
-
Clinical excellence
-
Genuine compassion
-
Long-term community care
We’ve built a loyal patient base and a 5.0-star reputation through trust, transparency, and personal connection — all delivered by a team that treats each other like family.
In 2026, we’re expanding into a brand-new four-chair flagship clinic, with scalable growth, digital-first systems, and a vision to become a national model for community-first dental care.

Our Vision
"To transform dental care into a welcoming and empowering experience, fostering healthier families and a brighter community — one smile at a time."

More Than Dentistry – A Young Team with Big Purpose
We’re the first to admit—we’re not perfect. We’re a young, fast-growing practice, charging forward with energy, learning as we go, and building a culture that feels awesome. What sets us apart is that we’re doing it with purpose.
Every referred patient visit contributes to our Healthy Smiles, Healthy Forests program—planting trees, restoring habitats, and reducing CO₂. Since launching in late 2024, we’ve already planted 139 trees, removed 30.3 tonnes of CO₂, and restored over 1,390 m² of habitat—with a goal of 500 trees by 2026. (as at Aug 2025)
We also bring fun and heart into our community through programs like Captain Clean Tooth, reaching local kids with oral health education, and even hosting local sporting events that bring people together.
When you join our team, you’re not just working in dentistry—you’re part of something bigger. A practice that blends clinical excellence, community contribution, and environmental impact into everyday work.
